You are a KatyCare client and added Office365 to your iPhone, now you have calendar items and contacts everywhere and no where – what to do?
The best solution is to consolidate your information into one location, we recommend Office 365 or Google Apps if you aren’t using Office 365.
The first step is to disable iCloud storage for Contacts and Calendars, you do this by going into Settings | iCloud, you’ll see a screen that looks like this:
Turn off Contacts & Calendars.
Then send us a note, we’ll get your iCloud credentials from you, import your iCloud information into Office365 and purge the iCloud information so there is no further confusion.
